Post pics of your colored gauges

I only have till the 31of Jan to make any changes and I've selected a blk on blk with sport techno wheels and carbon fiber interior. I kinda like the blk gauges but the colored ones look nice to. It just pisses me off that they want to charge us 860.00 for dash then another 500.00 for sport chrono, come on for one small gauge, it's just a color. My mind is fighting just for the principal of the matter.
Your thoughts?

Also do the gauges look out of place if you don't get stitching and seat belts colored?

I'd like to see some pics too. I ordered all the gauges in white, including SC.

I understand how you feel. Everything is a la carte, and it really does get crazy and adds up quickly. I say, if you got the money go for it, and if you don't it really is not going to hurt -- the interior is still going to look fantastic. Seems to me that if you have the CF interior, black gauges would look great.

Me too. This is one of the last options I can't decide on.

I was going to get white gauges (had the same on my last C4S and loved it) but in the 991 it has a gauge which is an LCD screen so it would mean all the gauges would be white except for the 2nd from the right... my OCD is going into over drive just thinking about!

No with the center gauge silver and the rest black it all balances nicely... if they offered a silver gauge for the sport chrono I would have taken that... but they don't.
I'll just get the silver/aluminium gauge rings when they come out for the 991 to make it pop a bit instead...

Sid, you had white gauges on the 997. Did they bother you at night time? Was there enough contrast with the white gauges and when the digits lit up at night time?

Here are some red ones.

Yep the white gauzes work great.
Day time the red needle stands out nicely and at night the white face is actually dark since the surface is not lid just the cut outs for the numbers etc.

BTW sorry for this monstrosity of a picture... I just did a drag and drop from another site where the pic was 1/5 of this size but here it just exploded...
I've been seeing this happen over the last week or so, are you guys getting this on your screens as well?

I really like the red on black interior I'm am just really struggling with the 1,300.00 for them. I like the white also but my cheap little ford escape has white gauges and they did not cost a dime ha ha ha ! Was not even an option it just came with the v6 model.
I really am stuck on this and am very close to my budget but would love to have it. Can you imagine how much more they would make if they cut the cost of the gauges in half? I bet 80% of people would get them.
What could possibly be the reason for that high cost?

Yeah I got ya Sid ! I guess it just makes them more exclusive I suppose. Wish I could afford it all but it has to stop some where. If I could get all options here I would just jump up to the next model and so on and so on ha ha ha!

LOL, thanks.

I got the white gauges to break up the black interior up a bit and add some colour.
