Florida inventory on hand will be mostly Cabs, so the coupes are slim picking. I would just order what you want. If it has to be right now, I would get the C2S. Don't get a car without sports chrono if it's PDK.

Unless you are being offered a substantial discount, why not just order exactly what you want? Particularly since there are about a million options!

2wd vs 4wd is a personal choice. I prefer 2wd, but I live in the desert and have no need for 4wd. And, I don't like big butts.

They sold the C2S and I need to get car bc lease is up on DD. I also want to take advantage up the 24 mo lease program. I am going with C4S white withblk leather. I hope I ownt miss Sport Chrono too mucn. Can you feel a huge difference on the shifts in manual mode if you are driving hard?

Sport chrono is a good thing to have for aggressive driving in sport+ mode. In this mode the car gets wound up like it's on steroids. I regularly use this mode and would definitely miss it if I didn't have it now. However, you have a 458 and 430 for your thrills, and you may not miss what you don't get in the first place. If you plan to use the 911 as a daily beater and just leisurely cruising around, you'll be fine. Where I live you need sport + just to stay ahead of the riff raffs on the roads. You have your F cars for that.

I don't think you'll miss much just driving around because Sport + is kind of a track mode. You'll find yourself liking Sport a lot, but unless you like keeping the RPMs at 5K, sport is plenty. What you need SC for is the engine mounts.

Sport Chrono pk is pretty essential. This is the sheer difference between the jackal/hyde impression of the car. Sport mode is great for an uplifting wiff of what the car can do. Put it in sport + the entire mapping changes and the tone becomes very serious. Sports exhaust in a car of this class is an unfortunate must-have. And I say unfortunate because its something we have to pay for instead of being a "part" of the car. You will get a strong consensus amongst 991 pcar owners that auto start/stop off, PSE enabled, and Sport button pressed..becomes the setting at all times. Sport + is for some serious dynamic driving (hopefully empty roadway?)-hahahaha. Just my two cents..hope this helps...but I agree with others...why not just build? By the time I get mine I'll have waited 6 months! ...right now the wait time is down to 3 months!

Oh- I ordered a C4s...the light strip and wide rear is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G.....and love the grip and "pull" around the corners of AWD

does porsche have a programming update that will essentially give you SC characteristics (obviously without clock and engine mounts?)
