Hey I was just wondering if any of you guys are using this app, let alone know about it. I came across this today in my Porsche magazine that's been sitting on my table for the past month. Just search "good to know" in the App Store and download the free app. It only had 5 reviews and iirc it was launched sometime in nov. It's essentially an owners manual on your phone but with some helpful little video clips added for visual aid, and the overall layout is easy to navigate and well thought out. Not only for the 991 but for other models like the cayenne and panamera too, albeit no earlier than MY 2013. Only thing is the ~250mb size of each vehicles manual that takes some time to download. Anyways, I highly recommend this fun and useful app...I already found some new info that made me think, ahh "good to know"...

I would love to try this app but it is not available on the Australian App store!

yes it is very helpful when you forget about all the things you can/cannot do in this car. some of the parts are not correct on PCM though or assume you have phone/online services

This is pretty awesome! There are always things I wonder about on the Porsche like the HomeLink and audio stuff. Now I can look it up during commercials of Top Gear.

Does it allow downloading of cars which are not the latest model year? Eg 2012 991 or even 997?
