Hi guys agree with the comments above but I think there are two parts to this discussion.

1. Does it color effect resale/quickly something sells-Answer is likely yes.

2. Do what makes you happy-Sure no one is trying to take that away from anyone but I think the OP about question question 1 and not the more opinion based question 2.
