We (they, depending on how integrated I feel...) have the McRoyal Deluxe....and pretty much in each country, it gets customized with local food....

I'm a little curious about this also, as it seems to work with my car also when it's cold (in fact the first few minutes of warm-up are smoother). I have not tried launch control and assume that might not work cold. I also think that the red line shifting might be less (although I haven't looked that up), but I would like to hear more about the technical description if it is available.
