2014 C4S vs. 2014 CL63 AMG

2011 CL63 lease is up in December. The best combo of features I've ever had -- comfort, power, options. Have LOVED driving this car but loved my past Porsches as well. Obviously apples and oranges. A new iteration of the CL (evidently will be called an S Coupe) is to be released in 2014. Pics of it look pretty great but ultimately quite similar with updated technology.

My dilemma is, stay with the rhythm I have at the MBZ dealer and a car I like or jump back into a 4S. Slight bit of reluctance to go with the first version of a new design with the MBZ. Anything new going into the 2014 4S? The reviews for the 991 are SO amazing and I loved my 997. Either car will be a DD.

The 991 Turbo should be out as well by the time your lease is up. You might want to consider that!

Having just driven a CL63 you are comparing a private jet to fighter jet. They would part of a stable not necessarily replacing each other in my book.

The 991 is a lot more sporty than the MB, plus the CL63 is $155K, so that's in 991 Turbo price territory. Which, the 991TT will get to 60 in almost half the time of the CL63. If you are going for a more luxury ride(smooth), I'd personally go for the Audi S8 over the CL63, but that's just me.

Edit: The bottom line is, I don't think the CL63 earns it's $30K price premium over the 991.
