Thanks Suzy, I'm getting my Rhodium 991 week 31. However, I do not like the platinum wheels and black exclusive pdls lights together with Rhodium. I've chosen Carrera Classic like you.

I do also think the standard bi-xenon lights fit better with GT Silver. I'm not sure regarding the Full LEDs as I've ordered, the box surrounding the LED is even darker on those new lights (ref. 991 Turbo S photos). What lights did you configure?

GT Silver and the "old" bi-xenons look fantastic (comparison attached).

 

To be honest, the more I see rhodium, the more it looks like more skewed towards light blue (light blue metallic?) vs silver...not sure if its just me.

 

I chose for the standard BI-Xenon with PDLS. Personally I don't like the darker headlights. I wanted LED, but when I saw them on the Turbo pictures you refer too, I found them too dark so I've chosen for the Bi-Xenon. I want a kind of classic look, not agressive (don't exactly know how to explain in english) That's why I've also chosen for the chrome trim around the sidewindows.
If I had chosen for Guards Red for example, then I think I would prefer the darker headlights to give it a more agressive look, which fits Guard Red pretty well IMO. Just a matter of personal taste I think

You're correct. It has a touch of blue.That is exactly what I was hoping for. A very bright Silver with a blueish hue in it. My reference was a color called "Ice Silver" which is a BMW color. Not sure if they still offer it, but was available on the previous 3-series.

it was a dark day with many clouds, rhodium looked very blue - don't liked it. indoor their had a boxster in rhodium that look quite good, because there you saw nothing of the blue.

 

The whole photo has way too much blue hue in it, so it's pretty useless as a comparisation IMO. Even the GT-silver looks like it is Light Blue...

Thanks for sharing the pic, it looks great, I ordered the same color combo, my car should arrive by mid august. I also ordered black full leather, yellow dials and yellow stitching on the dash and upper part of the doors, to match the PCCB calipers. The wait Is long.....

 

Congrats! The car looks amazing - I am seriously considering this colour. Good luck sleeping at night until you pick your car up!

Imo this color looks exactly like BMW M silverstone II
Silver under the sun and light blue when cloudy.

That was the color I was looking for. I thought it was named Ice Silver, but that is an Audi Color I think.
Silverstone II is a very beautiful color and I was hoping that the Rhodium was somewhere near that color. Thanks!
