Rhodium pics anyone?
I went to my dealer today and they just got the 2014 color sample plates, Rhodium silver looks beautiful, much nicer than my platinum silver IMO.
Under the showroom lights, Rhodium is a pure cold shiny silver, and under sunlight it looks a little bit darker but, very close to the 918 in post #14 on this thread. No gold or blue hues in it, thank you Porsche!
Just ask your dealers for their 2014 sample plates, not the best way to see the color but it can give you a pretty good idea.
My 2014 991 S will be Rhodium silver for shure.

Hi Fester, yes your car is very beautiful. Mine will be very similar, I'm also adding leather vents, PCM, fuse covers, and console trim.
Can't wait , now just to lock the color down.
Thanks,
T-clubsport, I went to the dealer as promised but they lent the plate to some big Porsche buyer. They will call me when they get it back, maybe tomorrow. My next order depends on that, and they know.
Very cool..congrats!! Can't wait to see e thing when it arrives!
I'd say, rhodium looks great...lighter silver color...kinda looks like BMW's TiAg (Titanium Silver) to me. For folks considering it, I'd say go for it if you're silver fan! GT is definitely darker towards grayish in darker environments but it looks brilliant and shines like diamond in the sun ..changes shades. You can't go wrong with either color choices. I don't have rhodium vs GT comparison but here's platinum (C2S duck lid) vs Gt (c4s my car) side by side moving shot...

I just ordered a Cayman S in Rhodium. I've been trying to find accurate photos, as the colors in the BTO section of the website do not seem to be accurate. In searching the Porsche website, I found this photo; anyone care to speculate as to whether or not this is Rhodium Silver?
Porsche just announced the 100000 Panamera... in Rhodium.. (see picture)

My name is Suzanne and I'm about to order a 991 C4S, but can't choose the colour I want, so I'm following this topic too.
Here's another picture I found on a german forum. I'm still not sure if I'm going for Agate, GT-silver or Rhodium silver.
Thanks so much for sharing Suzanne!
Do you know what the 'klassic' silver is? Is this arctic? Looks very neutral.
To me, this just clinches that the rhodium is a blue tinged silver, as the platinum is a beige tinged silver.

I don't know if that is arctic silver. It looks very neutral indeed. This picture was posted in a boxster topic. Unfortunatly there's no further info about that klassiksilber or classic silver.
Maybe it's a PTS colour?
Rhodium defenitly has a blueish hue in it. I like it, but the GT-silver is still my favourite I guess.

@kes7u: the classic silver is a standard cayenne color.
@suzy991: thank you, what forum (url) was this taken from?
