Interesting

Interesting how the Cayman S was only .7 seconds slower than a 911 4S. Also interesting how the Lotus was faster than the Jag with neraly 500 HP and massive amounts of torque. Looked like the Cayman S to me was the most pleasing to drive at the limits and appeared more linear when it did unsettle or oversteer. All are great cars, but am a mid-engine convert.

It's way to expensive for what you get. And they're not famous for their outstanding buildquality.

True but they are very *exy in person and I love the bucket seats. The Evora rear seats on the other hand make the 911's look like barca loungers -- there is no human way possible to seat and adult there (unlike the 911 where you can if you're willing to see a chiropractor after ).

I think the better track comparison will be to the new Corvette when it's released soon. Personally, I have no interest in owning one but the performance and price combo is impressive:

Corvette has upped their game. those who have seen the interior claim is similar quality as the 997.2 but not 991. we'll see.

Poised and balanced with amazing grip. Take your pick: the cayman s or the 991s.
