Sport Techno Wheels

It was pointed out on another post that, in Canada, the Sport Techno wheels come with 305's on a C2S (instead of 295's).

The (U.S.) configurator is not clear as to what tires you get with the Sport Techno wheels on the different vehicles.

It shows the same tires (245/35 & 295/30) on all of the 911's.

Can anyone who has ordered the Sport Techno wheels in the U.S. tell us the size of the (rear) tires that came on their 911., particularly on a C2S. (295's or 305's)

Thanks!

Confirmed. All Sport Techno's I've seen, including mine, have 305 at the rear.
Good thing is that Michelin PSS 305's are now available, I think.

That's great news, as I was expecting the 295's. Now I'm even more excited.

My C2S with Sport Techno's is on the Green Cove, which is currently near the Baja Cal., steaming toward San Diego.

Looks like it's on schedule to arrive this Thursday, at about 5:00 A.M.

I'm hoping for delivery from the local Las Vegas dealer late next week (Aug. 29 -30).

I'll be camping out at the dealer with my camera.

That's true except for the sport techno's. They are 305 in the rear on the c2s and c4s. All other wheel types on the c2s are 295 and all wheel types on the c4s are 305.

That's also my understanding!

When the Sport Techno wheels are ordered on the C2S, you still get the 295's. (not 305's)

Sport Techno's ordered on a C4S comes with it's original tire, the 305's.

But as I posted, a Canadian Member stated that there, the C2S comes with 305's on the Sport Techno's (instead of 295's).

the technos are 1/2 wider at 11.5. So it requires a wider tire.

The Tequipment catalogue referred to here definitely indicates the Sport Techno wheels have 305 tires on a C2S.

I can confirm that. I was at my dealership today and when I saw those wheels in their tequipment corner, I remembered this thread, so I asked and they confirmed that the Sport Techno wheels come with 305/30 ZR20 for the rear wheels on both C2 and C4 cars...
