I don't know why people always predict the Cayman will win, when we all know Porsche makes the iconic 911 better. My prediction w/o scrolling all the way down was the 911, really no big surprise here.

My favorite part of the article: (and thanks for posting)
The 911 won by being supremely confident at all times. Even with all the nannies off, you could wait until beyond the last second to torpedo the brakes, ride the smooth oversteer at turn-in, keep the nose dead on the apex through the middle, and go to wide-open throttle on the way out. In every single corner, every single time. Hail to the King.
Motor Trend was partially responsible for me test driving a 991S this past February. Having owned many very high powered cars I grew sick and tired of the "under" powered 911 taking home the trophy or at the very least enough accolades to fill up a bath tub Porsche. I finally decided to see what all the fuss was about so I went to my local dealer where the salesman tossed me the keys to a demo 991S with PDK and SPASM. He said bring it back before before dusk. The rest is history.
I have not driven some of the cars in contention, but I now know why the 911 rates so high as a driver's car.

By whatever title, it's still a redundant post:
