Scary thought... price of new tires..?
Just checked. Michelin AS3 doesn't have anything bigger than 285
Went on Tire Rack. I was surprised that there are not many choices for 295/30/20 size tires. There is really only Michelin and Perilli. And they only have either Winter/Snow tires or Performance Summer tires.
I would rather put All-Season tires on mine. 245/35/20 size, there are a lot more options and much cheaper. So here are my questions. How bad is it to put two different brands of tires? How bad is it to use All-Season tires in the front and Performance Summer tires in the back? This is only for daily driving. No racing, tracking.

The MPSS is for when I have to replace the Pirelli P Zero. By the way, how long/ many miles do they last under normal driving? I got about 10,500 miles on them now.
Unfortunately I don't think I could survive the Porsche-withdrawl during the winter months.
I finally found some 295/30/20 and 245/35/20 all season tires!!!!!
Probably only cost $700 all done. I wonder how safe those tires are.....

How about TOYO tires? Has anyone ever heard of it?
I think you can get a set installed for under $1000
Tires are the MOST critical, and easy to manage, component for excellent ride, handling and safety. Why anyone would attempt to cheap out for ~ $500, on a $100,000+ superb performance machine is beyond my comprehension.
$500 is a nice evening out, up in Chicago. Stay home for just one weekend and put something like quality Michelin between your 991 and the road. Get the best tire for your road conditions and driving style, not the cheapest, PLEASE.
