Question PDLS standard or an option for 2014?

Okay, I am a little confused. Picked up a 2014 Carrera C2 last month and it was sold to me with PDLS as standard but in looking at the Porsche website it is an option. My car came lightly optioned with the below...

-Heated Seats $690
-20in Carrera S Wheels $1,560
-Wheel caps color Porsche Crest $185
-Sunroof in Glass $1,990
-SiriusXM Satellite Radio Receiver $750
-Sport Design Steering Wheel $250
-Sport Seats Plus $800

The Monroney sticker however does show PDLS (Porsche Dynamic Lighting System) as a standard feature. Is there a way to tell if I have PDLS or not?

Wait til dark.
Turn on car
Drive at greater than 15 mph
Turn steering wheel and see if the area lighted by the headlights moves

I tried that already and do not really notice any change... Is there a physical difference you can see by looking at the light assembly when turned off?

I wonder what my option would be if the Monroney sticker for my car shows the PDLS but my car does not have it?

It's my understanding:

A stand alone option for $770

or a part of a Premium pack... in either 14 way or 18 way seats

Includes:
Automatically Dimming Mirrors
Interior and side mirrors dim their reflectivity automatically when the driver could be blinded e.g. by a following vehicle’s headlights.

Seat Heating (Front)
Electric heating of front seats with three levels of adjustment.

Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS)
Dynamic cornering lights, speed-dependent headlight range control, adverse weather function and headlight washer system.

Power Sport Seats (14-way) incl. Driver Memory
Driver and front passenger seats with electric adjustment of:
- Seat backrest
- Seat height
- Fore/aft position
- Seat cushion inclination
- Seat cushion depth
- 4-way lumbar support
- Electric height and fore/aft adjustment of steering column

I couldn't tell you. I've only owned a Porsche with this feature. Ask your dealer to run the vin and all of your car's attributes will be listed

I doubt that Porsche would let any option go for free no matter how little it costs see for example deviated stitching.

Founder is infamous around these parts
I believe if you have the little headlight washer warts then you have PDLS. If you have the Premium Package, you automatically got PDLS with it.

I do not have any premium package. There was a pretty light option list which helped me get the car for $85k.

Asking my selling dealer to confirm. The odd thing is that the PDLS is being listed as standard for my car. Wonder if there is any recourse for this after the fact?

Don't think Pdls is standard equipment. If you have driven at night and cannot see that the lights turn together with your steering wheel, then you don't have it.

The reflector of the PDLS equipped cars is darker (sort of gunmetal-ish color), where the non-PDLS is bright silver and the actual bulb-surrounding is high gloss on the PDLS.
