I have heard the "why did you spend" question for years from people that say " a car takes you from point A to point B" Poor soles have never driven a Porsche or other fine German vehicle.

I'll have to look through my garage storage to see if I still have it. But 30+ years ago I had a sign, complete with Porsche logo, that said:
"A Porsche will get you through times of no sex better than sex will get you through times of no Porsches"
"A Porsche will get you through times of no sex better than sex will get you through times of no Porsches"
