Wow. Just got my 1 year checkup, oil change and tailpipes changed (recall) done there. No problems or issues (that I know of) and the service manager Richard was fine. They did not wash the car when I got back to reclaim it (not a big deal to me, and actually glad they did not), but was a little annoyed when they did not at least clean the exhaust tip before replacing them (was full of fingerprints and grease). I am sure management cleaned house due to this incident that took place years ago, nonetheless good to know.
