All my parts were ordered via Simon Motorsport (close to AlMaktoum Airport) and they'll handle installation and paint.

wow, the exhaust claims 41hp and 54tq. If that's true its like a very inexpensive power kit for the base Carrera.

has anyone installed this exhaust? if so what are your impressions?

I called them to discuss but nobody answered the phone....

Zero chance you are getting those gains with exhaust only. Bull$hit marketing.

It's possible. After they do a wallet content extraction you are lighter and the car is faster

It shouldn't take away from the build but darn some of these guys come up with some serious BS and unfortunately some people believe it.

Good luck with our 991, look forward to the picks.

For lots of folks there is a "mania period" when they are vulnerable to all kinds of sales pitches. My recommendation: drive it a lot. Learn the car. If something needs to be changed you will know

The first, and perhaps eventually only, mod you should do is to yourself.

Make yourself a better driver. Go to driving school, start by signing up for PCA DE.
https://www.pca.org/driver-education-minimum-standards

It'll make the 911 better than any "mod" -- cosmetic or otherwise -- could ever do. Ever.

Regarding the boost in HP, talked to several motorheads here in Dubai that said this figure is "achievable" since many limiters are removed...while several others said (maybe if the car gets reflashed)

Anyways Capsfan and rnl thank you on your thoughts and concerns, just keep in mind that maybe I'm going for this exhaust just for how it sounds (and those X50 tips <3 !! I love how they remind me of an older Turbo)

Funny how others would get offended by your comment, but it is TRUE!
I am a huge supporter of learning and getting to know how to drive rather that just drive stupidly hehehe
I have done several training programs with ( http://www.racing-school.co.uk ) Mainly because I used to be a Post-Grad in the UK and this school vouchers are redeemable in my home country too.

3- Fabspeed:

Tell me what you think of this phase of mods?
Any Ideas on the next phase? interior maybe?
That is awesome. I'm planning the same mod but have not pulled the trigger yet. Trying to debate between CF vs painted for the front spoiler.

Can't wait for the pic.

Look at the dyno chart. The Fabspeed part seems to fill a hole around 4000 RPM where the 40hp gain is quoted. At peak, the power increase seems to be about 10hp (comparing maximum power with and without the Fabspeed part). 10hp increase at power peak doesn't seem unbelievable.

Trust me when I say that deciding on full CF or partial CF front is one of the hardest things to do I just kept on looking at pics all over the internet till a pic made me fall in love with full CF
So, good luck my friend =D

///Malcontent
wow, nice.
Thank you for the chart read, that's something I have no knowledge of.
Good to know where the extra power is and what to be expecing

Look at what Porsche had to do to get 30HP. You think the clowns at Fabspeed can do better with less?
