I like the rear panel and location of the exhaust tips; not liking the new tail lights.

"rear panel " meaning that hardware store sourced window bug screen engine cover replacing the lovely sculpted louvres on the current car ?

I don't like the taillights or the front intake grills. The facelift looks less refined than the 991.1. Nice that you get a C2 wide body Targa out of this though. Less weight.

Just never really been a Targa fan because of the rear window design and the roof line. But really do not like the front fascia on this iteration. I wish I liked it as it looks like open-air fun.

Are you talking about the new Targa roof line? Total different then the old one. Beauty is in the eye of......

I think the pipes in the middle look great on the car. That's about it so far on the 991.2 pics.

Targa in general has old school flare like this:

Not too into the targa. Might as well go for a cab if you want the real open air experience. Looks too much like a glass bubble to me.

My point was that I don't care for how it looks with the top removed and what it does to the rear glass (wrap around).

Many have opinions on cabs too, which I do like. Its why they make different versions. We all win!

I'm with you 100%. Don't like the tail lights, or the exhausts. Much prefer the quad exhausts at the flanks.
