2013 PDK here with 12k.....have never heard that sound. I wouldshow them the video, document this with a certified letter to PCNA, and maybe have another dealer evaluate it. I'm so tired of " can't duplicate " dodge from the dealer. Sorry.

 

My last 993 had the wiring harness DOT major engine fire issue and PCNA ignored me, as they have on every issue. My Cayman thankfully was in warranty when it ate the water pump, and I honestly almost didn't buy the 991 because of PCNA arrogance. Stick to it, and document everything.

What action to take, after a week and the car at the dealer, I received the same response, everythkg under specs and not able to duplicate noise, S.A.
