I'm about to order the sport front lip for my 991 from sun coast but am wondering how difficult the install will be. Has anyone here done it themselves?

Any photos of the front lip on a 991?

Yes I did it last week. Very easy. Go for it. Looks much better.
You don't need any tools.

one could argue that my response was most substantive as it leads to a thread answering and detailing exactly what you asked.

seriously though its easier than changing the floor mats.

put on gloves (i have the hands of an 8 year old girl) kneel down, pull old lip forward and slightly down from a corner, get scared, think youre going to break something, pull harder. it comes right off.

 

I did the change myself a couple of years ago ... it is a very easy change to make ... the toughest part was having it in me to pull the existing spoiler off ... it seemed to be VERY attached to my car ... once I figured out to give it good tug the rest was easy ...

Basically tug it off and snap the new one on !!

 

Did you reinstall the small rubber piece under the stock lip or it just a 1 piece deal with the Sport Suspension Lip? Thanks.
