I live in the tri-state, I think its safe to assume you need to at least make double the MSRP of the car you're trying to buy. That's my rule of thumb . . . if you want to live "comfortable" at least.

If you are going to lease, what are you worried about since you will never have to pay for any repair work? I will say that owning a Porsche is a lot more expensive than just the car payment. I am also with the crowd that says "if you have to ask".... good luck in your decision, the 991 is one of the greatest Porsches ever built.
