Thanks very much for your kind words. I did not custom order the car, but it was 95% the way I would have ordered it, except if I had ordered it I probably would have ordered the MF wheel in carbon fiber, then added the aftermarket shifter paddles. So I did the next best thing and had a custom Sport wheel made. This way, I also was able to get the trim ring and the shifter paddles in CF as well.

Smart Top is very easy to do if you are at all comfortable with minor work around cars. I did mine in the parking lot at work in 20 minutes. Now you can go nutty with accessories (guilty! HRE wheels, Tubi Exhaust, Front Badge Swap, etc.,) but you don't really need to , that just personal bling preference.

And I definitely agree that there is a point where the carbon fiber can get to be too much. I am pretty much done with the interior enhancements on my car.
Yes. I'd considered carbon replacement for the light/sunroof switch panel above the windshield, but will probably have it done in gray leather, instead to match the interior. Similarly the console, which in my car is painted in the soft touch paint that so readily scuffs/scratches.
Thought quite a bit about a partial carbon wheel---but I'm in no hurry. Only picked up this car in January.

Smart Top is a must. Their instructions are top notch. If you can read you can do it!
Best of luck with your beautiful car!

++++++ on the Smart Top. I followed the "991 Cabriolet SmartTop self-install" thread. It might have taken me an hour, and that was only because I was taking my time. GREAT mod.
