HRE wheel finish Tarmac vs IPA

Any thoughts of HRE wheel color for Agate grey C4S. I'm between Tarmac, satin black and IPA, satin bronze. Seen some pictures of both and in some lighting and angles each looks good. Anyone have the wheels, and also how does the finish hold up? I will be doing some track days, and should I get 19" or 20" ?

Thanks and happy and safe holidays.

Here is Tinted, Brushed on Agate Gray, if that helps at all. The finishes are durable, but applied to metal, so if you smack 'em, they will chip or rash.

For track wheels, 19" takeoffs, preferably pre-rashed but still straight and true. Save the HRE's for the street.

We like color. IPA Bronze. As for diameter, we recommend 19" for the track. As for finish longevity, we'll let others chime in, however we can say these wheels are powder coated so they are more durable and resistant to chips or track abuse, when compared to paint (most OE wheels are painted).

Thanks for the response, IPA on Agate I have seen here from another member. My reservation with this color is the car picks up the brown too much in bright conditions. The Tarmac seems a safe choice but not too exciting. Do you have a side by side comparison in bright conditions?

Below are two accurate daylight depictions of both finishes. Hope this helps!

Thank you for the pics. IPA definitely is very brown in bright conditions, maybe I'll have IPA on one side and Tarmac on the other.

Thanks Sizzle

Your car does look stellar. I might end up with the same wheels, so I'll be sending props your way. I 'll post pics when I get the wheels.
