Anyone negotiate a deal on a new 991.2S yet??

Deals are no doubt hard to find on the .2 but I picked up a base cab yesterday from a mid-west dealer that was discounted just under 9% cap cost on a 30 month 10k lease. I looked at a LOT of dealers before finding this. Local dealers here are still trying to get MSRP

Working a deal on a 2017 C2 cab right now and the residual is 69% for 30 month/7500 miles and 68% for 10K miles.
