Anyone negotiate a deal on a new 991.2S yet??

Considering one...my lease is up on my E92 M3 in a few months...any tips or dealers that deal please let me know. I am in the Los Angeles area and the best I have found so far is a paltry $2k off.

Dave

Demand is high, and allocation is low. You'll be lucky to get 2% off.

No deals in Canada At all...at least not when ordering a factory build .... Not like the old days when you would get 4 to 6% ...

USAA car buying says invoice for a base with heated seats and PDK is:$85,622 ($95,050 MSRP). Their target price is $92,228 which is almost $3,000 off. An S with more options would be even more off. The dealer I bought my car from did a USAA deal (+) on my 2012 991.

I'm also curious if a Penske dealership would honor USAA as the frequently advertise their support of Purple Heart organizations.

5% off an ordered car.

I know one other member who got the same discount from the same dealer.

Thats a very generous discount. I am a Porsche salesman at a 4 time Premier dealership. S car allocation is pretty scarce, so we are holding pretty firm close to MSRP.

Congrats on the order. Im driving these .2 cars everyday and have fallen in love with the new platform. Considering moving out of my 996TT for a new .2

Personally..considering that almost all my friends, family and relatives do business with this one particular dealership. More specifically one particular sales manager for quite a few years now, I think this is fair (12 personal vehicles and 9 referral purchases in 18months).

I've gotten very good deals on all my ordered Porsches and passed those same deals along to many of the board members here.

I've had countless forum members help me whom never met me so this is my way of contributing to the forum.

Thanks, Sled but I'm not in the market for a 991.2. My 991 is running perfectly.
