Slowly approaching 20k miles. What's the consensus on where to get a 20k service done on a 911? What's involved as well?

I like Rusnak's service department. Reps are knowledgeable and friendly, workers are top-notch and do clean work, and the experience is pleasant overall.

Had a horrible experience with DTLA Porsche a few months ago and won't be going back there again. I work downtown and took my car there out of necessity, but it's worth the drive to Pasadena.
