nyc996x50 is infamous around these parts
08 997tt cab vs 12 991 c2s cab

I did a quick google search and found that the 991 handles better, has the better sounding exhaust, and is the better daily driver. Personally I prefer the look of the 991 over the 997.

But then again, the 997tt has 80 more horsepower and I've read has more of a "raw experience"

I have no interest in PDK as my next purchase definitely has to be a manual. Im curious as to what the redline of each car is. I had a 996tt x50 and to be honest, i rarely exploited the 450hp. I think a naturally aspirated 400hp motor should be good enough for me. Then again, a turbo is a turbo.

My last vehicle before was a 2008 997 TT white cab 6MT. Car was awesome and a monster. It had Europipe exhaust which was totally better than PSE and I had the Ecu tuned. I also think the 997's were great looking cars. Car was great would have no problem owning another.
