best car cover for 991?

Every time I wax the car within 24 hours it's covered in cat footprints. Getting rid of the cats is not an option (unfortunately) so I would like to ask opinions on car covers.

I have a car cover (the official Porsche one) but I have only used it twice in three years. In my humble opinion, car covers do more harm than good.

Depends. Is the car indoor or outdoor? I have the factory indoor Porsche cover (the stretch/fitted one with the crest logo on the front) and it's perfect. I cover the car every time I wash it and it keeps the car pristine (aka, no dust) for its next use.

The OEM Porsche indoor cover is great, been using it for the last 5 years, Tromero.

Cheers,

Also been using the Porsche indoor cover for several years, and very happy with it. It's somewhat comforting to see the car tucked in for the night. However, if I had a black or other dark colored vehicle, I'm not sure I'd risk covering it except directly after a bath.

I tried this once long ago and while it did keep cat prints off, it created another issue. When cat decides to get off your car, they extend claws into cover to give them grip and claws penetrated cover and scratched my car.

Never before has the term "go catless" carried such weight...

I live in the city with a gated outdoor garage, which is terrible...
but, recently purchased a coverking moson plus cover
material is great and keeps the car clean, the cover is multilayer as well and should protect against debris.
