Leather interior... yup, expensive at +$3,850, and I never thought it would make that much difference until the dealer lent me a full leather 991.2 C4 cab for a weekend. Gorgeous interior.

Dump the lane change assist, power steering plus, yellow belts, crests in seats & multi-function wheel and you'll have it mostly covered.

 

On the 991.1 the grey tach is specific to the "S" models (and can be changed to black as a no cost option, as you said). The non-S cars came with all black gauges standard.
