Looking forward to hearing your review! We just installed a cat-less high flow exhaust on our shop car along with the tune. It's CRAZY how fast the car is for a Carrera S!!

As one that has not tuned his engines in the past (usually driving in heavy urban areas), I have the following questions:

- What does this do to oil temperatures?
- I assume this voids the new car warranty?
- Does the engine boost gauge remain calibrated?
- Would you recommend increased oil changes?
- What is the engine boost change? I think stock S is around 16 psi.

Oil temperatures may increase slightly from time to time, but the program uses the same threshold limits on oil temperature to limit power as the OEM calibration does.

- I assume this voids the new car warranty?

It can, but does not happen often. In fact, we do not recall the last time a Porsche customer of ours lost their warranty. Check with your local dealership.

- Does the engine boost gauge remain calibrated?
Yes, but it was not very accurate to begin with. The gauge also tops out around 15lbs.

- Would you recommend increased oil changes?
No more than you would do under normal circumstances however, with racing it is always a good idea to change it every 3k miles.

- What is the engine boost change?
Boost is increased 3.5 to 6 lbs depending on where you are in the rev range, hardware upgrades, gear and ambient conditions.

Tune

Thanks for the great info. I have a few more questions:

Does the ECU still need to be removed and sent in? Can you flash this back to the original software? Is this visible to the dealer when being serviced & after reflash to original?

Thanks, I am very excited about this.Looks like a great tune.
