selling advice!

Prospective buyer of my car is obtaining a loan to purchase my car. He's claiming the bank is asking for intent to sell form as well as a copy of my title. Is the pretty standard? TIA

I always check the title, so I can understand why the bank wants to see it, make sure its in your name, and no third parties involved. The intent to sell form is just something the bank uses to get your information, making sure you are who you say you are, and where they need to send the money.
