Selling advice needed on 04 GT3

ok the time has come to move on.but heres my delima.what do i ask for this car?i dont want to be unreasonable but im not one to give it away,I have an arctic silver 04 GT3 that i bought new as a leftover in 05.So there is an extra 1 year warranty.the car has 4800 miles.option list includes arctic silver painted seat backs and small carbon package.no dents dings or paint work.been on the track 1 day during a 2 day event due to rain.anyways what is a good asking price?i see them for sale, but nothing selling unless there given away.where do i post it that people are really interested instead of bashing your car.i need your help guys....papa needs a new stradale

True, but the fact that your car has pretty low miles should get it sold. You posted it on rennlist, right?

Advertise it everywhere and sit on it until the right buyer comes along, offer it on consignment at your local p-car dealer or high end auto dealer and wait still, or take your lumps and sell it for market at low-mid 80's as per quote above.

I just sold mine to make way for the 997GT3 used hopefully in spring.
I was really sad to see it go but I picked this up.
06 Competition M3. I will be keeping the M and adding a Porsche as a second car. You can get high 70s man, thats the bad news. I had 12K plus miles.
I did buy mine for 85 though, So the 10 months and (9K miles were more than worth it)

What price did you sell the GT3 for? I had both the GT3 and the M3 in exactly those colors. I love the M3 and it's more practical but man you are gonna miss the GT. I know I do.

Mid 70's but got the car knocked down hard, my buddy is a manager at the dealership I got it from. I am working on some TV shows in LA and the GT3 would of sat for months while I rented, so I just figured, get out now and get a LA thrasher. GMG stripped the GT3, they swapped me out Pss9's, UUC sways, clutch stop and some other stuff. I plan on keeping it, it's a great car and I have to say the nose does not float at all. lol
I will be back in a P-Car and I am thrilled about scooping up a 997GT3 someday, or a FCS.
Sorry to hijck your thread.
Best to put it on Ebay. I did not have the time to go through all that.

mid-70's? Damn I would have bought that for mid-70's. Enjoy the M3. Don't forget to have the horrible clutch delay valve pulled and put a 4.10 diff on it.

make a consignment deal with ur dealer. the car will be much easier to sell at dealer for many reasons. advertise it on Autoweek, Autotrader, cars.com & ebay. be realistic on number if u really want to move the car.
