How times have changed. Window sticker from my first Porsche. A 1979 Targa bought new in 1979. After 25+ Porsches the window sticker from my latest Porsche Targa. Also my first Targa since the '79.

If you consider the tech advancements and what would be priceless functionality in 1979 money, today's car isn't actually crazy expensive comparatively. 1979 money today has a factor of about 3.71 so your 1979 car in today's money would be $105,141.00. Factor in sound, tech, added features and Porsche might even boast its a bargain!

PS - that is one well appointed Targa - I love the choice of colors and options!

With an attitude like that I'm surprised you have any customers. I'm dumb enough to have 3 Porsches & 3 Bentleys. I guess i did something smart and it wasn't having an inheritance. Mr. "10 posts in 5 years." If you can't contribute something positive go back in your hole.

Volkswagon group absolutely loves you as a customer. Gotta be healthy margin on Bentleys and what a badge of honor to have three in one's garage. You the man.
