Can one custom place a Double DIN headunit in a 993?

Looking to put a double DIN unit in the dash of a friend's 993 cab, is it possible? I know there would have to be some replacing of the climate controls, is it possible? or is single DIN the only solution.

Yea, you need to get the "cel phone" center console. That's about the only way, or get a flip out 1d, but you got to get one that pushes out far, or it will hit the ***** above it.
