Finally found my 993tt
Your car and mine are twins! You in D or FW?
Thanks for the note (I can't send PMs yet because I don't have 15 posts). This is a beautiful, stock, example of a 993TT. 29k miles and well-cared for. I asked about the price because I've seen them (fairly) priced for $55-65k; this one has a $75k asking price. Are the prices headed back up?
Thanks,
Scott
scott im not sure if prices are headed back up but if you look at the nadir in prices since the car came out (in 2002 when the 996 came out and this last fall when the economy was in a tailspin), my sense is the prices are definitely firming up. a black on black with 29k miles is highly desirable especially if it comes with sports seats and the ppi works out. a good way to research the high end of pricing in the market is to look at prices by rpm, whillhoit, sloan and truspeed. if 10k doesn't make too much a difference to you (and only you can answer that) i would definitely pay a premium for the car that you mentioned.

For mods, strongly suggest you roll with the clear turn signal markers up front. Cost is around $160 from Pelican Parts. Just made the switch on my 993tt and wish I had done it sooner. Taking off the orange markers makes a world of difference!
