that panemera interior with the gazillion plastic buttons is ugly. why would porsche not stick with this?

Nice. Good balance of modifications and maintaining originality. Nothing is molested and thats how these cars should stay IMO. The raced out versions are cool but I really want to keep thesea round for generations to come to enjoy.

chris i couldn't agree with you more. i really like the 4 spoke steering wheel and the original tape deck -- in fact in europe those take tape decks are going for 700 bucks because they're trying to turn their 993 back to as original as possible. how's your monster coming along at motorwerks. ask akram to send you some pics and post some on here ....

I have tried to find an original stereo head unit. Can't seem to locate the old beckers. As fa as my car and Motorwerks... Well. I really have no idea. Between my CNC machines and My chevy truck restoration I haven't even checked on it in a while. Now that you guys mention it... I think I will make a call and see about some pictures or something. Maybe call Todd. He isn't as busy as Akram.

gmg diverters

Update for you doc. Todd said he is working on my turbos now. Akram has the flu... :-( so my car sits until he gets back. I really like the look of the gmg diverters. You have to update me on how those sound. I think I might go with those over the tial ones. I definitely want to hear mine though so please let me know.

Sorry I couldn't make the c&c event. I simply didn't have time to plan the trek. Two weekends in a row for events out of town was too much for my schedule. Today I am heading out to TWS in college station to work corners at the PCA driving school event. Maybe take the 996 out for a few laps while I'm there too.

i don't think i can hear the diverter valves over the engine and muffler bypass pipes. but it sure hits 0.8 bar faster than it seemed to before. did you get rid of those heavy mufflers and put on some bypass pipes? i had mine ceramic coated.
