cabrio motor clicking

I have a 95 c2 cab and the left top motor does some clicking when I close the power top at the end of the cycle. Has anyone experienced ths? Is it just an adjustment or do I need a new motor? It does catch an close, not sure if it is fully locked in since it clicks........
Any help is greatly appreciated!
