She has that diamond shaped gap below the tail pipe that says, "Experts only." And just for the record, I'm with Darren, I don't support that sort of thing on this board......so I've downloaded the picture as an example of things I don't support on this board. It's under Favorites, things I don't support on this board.

With an *** like that she's definately a sports car. Normally ASSpirated of course!

Oh, this thread was about the 997, wasn't it?

Exterior - nice.
Interior - too square, not enough curves, not voluptious - unlike our woman friend.

Actually, I recognize that ***. I've seen it draped all over Gary's TT!

I'm happy I have a 2000 TT and I am sure that there won't be a 997 TT. They'll stick to the 996 TT until the 998 TT arrives.

front bumper lights & beetle headlights look like ****~ Makes the front looks so busy.

Interior looks so damn 80s (look at the door handles & speakers). Why they put an infiniti clock in there???

Did Porsche hire Bangle????

I'm so done w/Porsche, just like I'm done w/BMW.

This looks more like a Porsche to me but I never did like the headlights on the 996. Love the inside too except for the clock and steering wheel(996 looks much better). I understand the clock is an option though.

Edit: Oh, I don't like the rims on the S much either....but maybe they will grow on me like the GT3 rims.

Looks like a worthy successor to the 996 IMO.

I'm not too crazy about it - especially the interior (the 997 that is).

Regarding the clock, rennteam.com states that is "Sport Chrono Package Plus (the "clock" in the middle on the dash)."

It's interesting that there are mostly negative comments here, but on rennteam, it's mostly positive... even the interior. Euro tastes?
