I have leather roof, pillars, fuse box, steering column ... and apparently the factory does this after the car is completely assembled. So they finished my car the first time on the 3rd, and then it goes back in to have the leather work hand done. So, a two week delay!

All right Ken, after I get back from the track this weekend I'll take shot.

I waited for my E55 from Oct '02 until Feb '04. Now my tt from Aug '03 originally to now Jun '04. I think like most of us, I'm not accustomed to waiting ... and I don't like it!

I know the feeling! I have a GT-3 on order and it was completed on April 23rd. Yesterday I found out that it has not shipped because I ordered a thicker stearing wheel and they are back-ordered. Hopefully it will be shipped in two more weeks and probably not arrive until mid June. I have to cancel my DE event at Watkins Glenn on the 9th of June.

 

I know the feeling.
I ordered my 04 C4S on 4/28/03 and took delivery on 9/15/03.
It sat here at the Port in Georgia for 2 months cause it was too early to release it.
Seemed like an eternity.
But so worth it.
