But it's hard to get you guys on the phone sometimes.

I know it can be hard to get one of us on the phone sometimes. There are only 4 of us in the office, and it's not unusual for one of us to be chipping a car in the shop, while another is in the warehouse grabbing parts, and the other two are already on the phone. We always answer the phone when we can, but if you really need one of us, we all check our email religiously. If you email or PM me, you can expect a call back within an hour.

 

Good company, fast shipping. I ordered from them even before I joined 6sp with no problems.

 

I'm looking forward to getting my alcantera e-brake and shifter.

Dealing with you guys was such a pleasure, especially in this day and age. I think I spoke with Aaron. He was super patient and understanding of my OCD condition:P, and didn't try to sell me anything.
