FVD ecu flash: alive and angry
Exactly, how I'm feeling. The first thing I thought of after my first run, was what is next best upgrade.Bizarre.It's a commentary on the species...we are never satisfied.
I think my condition might be amenable to some therapy, because I feel that I'm still in control at this stage. You with a built engine, and heading upwards of 800 Hp and a few others here, are like the Pied Piper corrupting unsuspecting 6Speed newbies.

Don't, Stop, Don't, Stop, Don't Stop!
My advice, seek professional help now! Before you know it, you'll be thinking...what can I sell on Ebay to get bigger turbo's...pimpin the wife....having race gas Fed-Ex'd to your house...anything to get a few more HP.lol
BTW...that FVD tune file rocks, and Mark and Flo are incredible to work with...good choice. One thing I like is being able to swap back to the factory-tune file when I need service...it's so easy.

At least having a Tip is like having a built in "thrifty gene" that will protect my pocket a tad more than 6 speedsters...till I find a safe way to go past 600hp.
You're right about Mark and Flo, FVD have been great and the ease of uploading the file was appealled to me from the outset.
BTW, do you upload the stock file for service because of warranty issues?
If all you have so far is the FVD flash and the BMC sportfilter, what would you recommend as the next step to get the most bang for the buck? Their exhaust is ridiculously priced, and their K24 turbos are even worse. Assuming you want the car to sound and look completely stock and don't want to spend $5k, what would you do next to get some more power?
Try second hand or modding your stock one.Good Luck.
I didn't bother uploading the stock file when I took my car in for service. I didn't get the impression anyone there could tell it had been flashed.
FVD is good. I had 2 kits from them many hard miles... did not even skip a beat.

What would be the best next upgrade for a Tip from here..
(ecu, exhaust, DV, BMC).
LOL...you bigbadtease.
I just can't imagine 700hp from where I am now.Admittedly, after a few weeks with the flash..it still feels fast..but i don't swear as much when I gun it now..I just smile!
