It's been said before, but these cars are AMAZING. Nothing like a couple of hundred extra horses to make up for mediocre driving skills. The torque is incredible.

Did Willow again Wed with OpenTrackRacing (OTR). Lots of great cars and Willow is a challenging track. Nothing like a love of cars to get some male bonding going. There were four TTs, 993s, SCs and just about everything else. The was a guy in a F150 Lighting passing everything until his breaks started burning. Vipers, Vettes, Mustangs and plenty of Japanese metal.

If you haven't taken your TT on a big track - do it! You'll never regret it.



And the stripes helped me lower my lap time by 27 seconds!

Thunderhill is on the calendar. Did you do Willow in the new car? What was your best time? I turned a 1:41:23 - not a record setter, but getting closer.

 

Guys there is a two day event at Buttonwillow June 5 and 6th with NASA. Sign up for HPDE or TT, there running #13 counter-clockwise. Should be a good turn-out, last time one 996TT, 996 and 993's also..I'll be there on Sunday the 6th in my 996..

No Ken didn't make it there.. my engine is being rebuilt.. the car is at Jerry Woods now.. should be done in a few weeks
