A guards red TT cab.
Picked up on Thursday! Weather sucked on Friday but I found a little sun in Marin county Saturday afternoon.

I'm trying to get it broken-in within a few weeks. More road-trips are in order! Hmmmm. There's a great micro-brewery in Eureka and I'm kind of thirsty...

EDIT: Yes, this is a 20+ year old thread.

Very nice. I just got a Gaurds Red C4S and love the color. I was thinking about painting the center console red so it is nice to see yours.

congrats! beautiful red. i thought red porsches look kinda orangish, but your car is a deep rich red.

i couldn't find any reds for a few weeks when i was buying my car, and silver happened to be available...

so what mods are planned?

hope you can hold out for longer than i did!
It took exactly one week until i spent some change to get wheels and moldings painted, ssk, clears, etc....

i'm looking into a cooler shift **** and a silver crest while i'm waiting for my wheels to arrive.

congrats again!

Thanks! It does have a touch of orange to it-- it's the classic Guards Red you remember. The color is probably distorted a bit by my digital camera and/or the cloudy-day lighting.

No plans for mods yet. Eventually, I may put a more aggressive exhaust on it.

Nice! I know from my own pictures that Guards Red always seems orangish in pictures. Enjoy it.
