I saw a write up on this a few pages back. There were also pics included. As I recall it's installed somewhere on the top side of the engine. It's an easy install once you get to it.

nothing easy about doign this.... IT IS A ROYAL pain in the butt to do..... tried doin from under.... NO go... but can be done that way.... I did it with removing everythign from up on top...y pipe, air filter case, air pump and intercooler hose..... then you can get to it... getting the clip off and on was a pain too.... once again....patience..and it can be done...but dont think you'll be done in half hour!!!

otherhwhitemeat is infamous around these parts
the o ring in regulator is also usually vulcanized in the fuel rail and is a pain in the *** even after you get the clip out- sometimes they are really in there good and require a fair amount of umph to get out

I know at some point on a k24 stage 2 the flow of stock injectors is pretty much maxed out around 5k RPM but as cheap as this mod is would it make any difference on a k16 stage 2?
