I have been lurking on this site for a while now....Love it! I have been driving a 2004 M3 for the last 4 years and finally bought the car I have always wanted. It is a 2004 996TT with 8000 miles. Here are some pics.
Beautiful. I myself was torn between the black car I got, and a red one with the aero kit that I almost got. Touch choice, either way I would've won. I see that you've also won. Nice car, some carbon, twin tips, painted console and belts. Do you have the red gauges too? Champions or HRE's? Lowered AND Clear sides!! NICE!
So, just how fast is your supercharged M3? Is the turbo a step up or down (and if it's down, you'd better start throwing your wallet around and bump up your power
, and there is no place to get the 'support' [prompting, cajoling] to do those mods like there is around here
)

Thanks! The wheels are HRE's. I would like to get red gauges, not sure how to go about this. Is it a DIY or something that a dealer would do for me?
As far as the M3, it is about 400 rwhp but the power is very linear and 400 is at 8000 rpm. My 996 feels much faster and handles much better. So I do feel it is a step up for sure. I do plan on doing some power mods. Evoms installed my supercharger on my M3, so I plan on sticking with them. I still have alot to learn and plan on taking it slow and smart. I spent alot of unecessary money modding my M3. I hope to be smarter this time around.

Thanks! none of the aftermarket CAI for the M3 yield much power. The only way to get real power gains out of an M3 is F/I.
