The line that is rupturing is the ~4" line attached to the pump (I think it is outbound). The tech says the pump is just pumping the fuel back into the gas tank.

Thanks for the offer Tom...I got the car back in one day (thanks to Chance at Stevinson), so I can still drive and it is running great in the cool air.

Hey Bill, hopefully this pump holds out for good, and maybe a little luck on having one in stock as well. I can't take credit for the installation but I'm glad I could help bring it all together and try and come up with a cause/solution. Knowing what had happened the last couple times, I was able to point the tech who did the install in the right direction, saved him some time. Thanks again for the tix, cant wait to go. Haven't been yet this season. I took some family to the redwings game last year in the company suite which was cool. Your car gets compliments everytime it's in also.

Well good with it, although I've never heard of 4 line failures on an car before......
