Gas gauge issue

I let my car hit below the line for the 1st time ever, I have since put $25 in the tank and it still reads below the line, is my gauge bad or is there a way to reset it, ayone had this happen before?

Thanks

jagsiva is infamous around these parts
The TT has a dual resevoir tank, and the sensor is only on one side. Once you go past this, it just estimates the mileage, both on the trip computer and the gas gauge. Next time you fill up, it'll be fine.

Mine does that too, it sucks when you are road racing and dont fill up all the way because it wont go back up until nearly full, I'd like a permanent solution.
