Pirelli tyre Co. blow

So my rear tires are Pirelli for my Turbo. About 2 months ago i got a burst on the sidewall with 45% thread left. I contacted Pirelli i told them, i spoke to 2 techs over the phone and one in person and they said yeah we will replace it, and we will pay for half of the other tire since both have to be replaced. So I was gone to Europe for about 30 days. I got back here about 2 weeks ago and i went to the shop to get it replaced. And now the tech says he can't replaced them. I spoke to the tech person over the phone and they said sorry- i said wtf was their problem, i just spoke to them before i went to the shop and they said yes!... what kinda ****ty company is this that they say yes yes yes and then when it comes to it they say no. F Pirelli. I was so pissed off- i told the rep on the phone ' you can shove your ****ty Italian trash tires up your tech ***'s as far as you can-I'm going to get a set of Michelins- I'm sure these wont burst on the sidewall and nearly kill me' bah sorry I just had to rant.

Regards,

Enrique

Deuce1 is infamous around these parts
Lol I had three PZero Neros blow the sidewall on my E55 benz. They always copped out and said that I must have bruised the sidewall and created a weak point. Tools!!!!!!!!! went with Nitto's and have been fine for a year

wow i should've contacted bridgestone (i think... hmm) after my sidewall blew on my SL55 with about 50% left... roll bar made a HUGE BANG when the sidewall blew, i barely knew, only reason i got freaked was the damn roll bar popping up like it did

i had the same problem on my 2004 S55 with the bridgestone potenza RE050s, i went thru probably 6 of them with all the tires with more than 50%, i wasted so much da*n money on that cr*p

i went with michelins, never had the problem again

It is a disgrace Pirelli Tyres do this, considering how much they cost and on what type of cars these tyres go in. As one of my close buddies would say “Italian trash” they look awesome-but the bottom point is- they are Italian trash quality. I’m thankful that none of you guys got hurt nor your families because of these incompetent idiots.
