What brand tires are you running?

I did a search and didn't see any past posts. I am in need of new tires and I am wondering what tires I should get for street driving.

Thanks for your help...

Best tire I've had yet are Yoko's (Advan Sports). If you are running 18's get the Neovas. I have had the Bridgestone S02s, Michelin PS2s and MPSCs.

Michelins - because a tire dealer/friend in Englewood FL said they had a better chance of being round than any other tire he sold!

I've had Yoko's (Advan Sports), Michelin MPSCs and Pirelli P zero Rosso's.
All good, but I wouldn't put on MPSCs for street use again.

I think PZeros Rosso's(18) handle better than the Advan Sport(19), but the Advans are a better compromise between comfort and handling.

Michelin PS2 for the street... PZero's seem to wear out much faster.

I have had the Bridgestone S02s, Michelin PS2s and Continental SC2.

Currently I have the Bridgestone RE 050A mostly because their ratings were very similar to the PS2 and cheaper so wanted to try them. So far they are still quite good and I'll probably replace the rears with the RE050A after next summer. I may then go back to PS2; haven't decided yet to be quite honest.

My least favorite was the S02's as they hydroplaned terribly for me when I got caught in a couple of bad storms and the SC2's were better than them overall IMO. Your results may vary.

Pirelli Pzero Assym. Nice but wear was rapid....noise was ok....

I actually want to try the Sumitomo HTR Z III (not II) on the TireRack site, but the model is so new that there are no reviews....

Come spring I plan to try them.

It beat a host of "better" tires in a Rack test, but on a BMW....

I plan to call Damon and ask. I am a bit concerend about not going with an N rated tire to be honest.

Toyo

i currently have Michelin Pilot Sport on my stock wheels... for my HRE's (that are arriving today) I am putting on Toyo T1R Proxes 315/25/ZR19. I've never had Toyo's so we'll see how that works out. Best of luck to you!
