Winter storage???

Winter storage???
Here in the Northeast, its getting to be that time of year where the turbo is going to go into hibernation. Other than a battery tender, is there anything else I should consider doing to "winterize" the car? It is going to sit from now until March.

If possible, putting it on a lift instead of over inflating the tires. Most people prefer to change the oil prior to putting the car into storage. Give it a nice detailing, et cetera.

Just had the oil changed. Its always clean!! And I just had new tires put on and they said to over inflate as well. I will do that. I will also do the fuel stabilizer, thanks.

In our parts, we also put fabric softener sheets in the interior to keep out the mice.
I use several, and it also makes the car smell "fresh" in the spring. Two other things
are to put steel wool in your exhuast tips (keeps animals out), and to put a couple
of mouse traps with peanut butter under/around car.
Mine is currently under this type of hibernation as it is a winter storm again today.

No salt is used in Montana, it really drives well in the snow. I do however put up the rare cars for the winter.

If there wasn't any salt, I would definitely drive the car. Salt just ruins everything under the car over time. Even though I will miss driving the car for a few months, it makes it all that much better in the spring.
