A Roof-top tire carrier for Porsches
A Roof-top tire carrier for Porsches
Hi all. Here's shots of a tire rack I have. It uses the Porsche
roof rack mounts and is a quick attach-detach by one strong
man or any two people.
I have done 80 mph with it and tires, no problem. I am
selling it because I'm regressing to street tires.
$400 cheep!

I attach the wheels using standard ratcheting tie-down straps
which I will include.
If you look closely at the picture, you can see a little of the
straps below the wheels, where they wrap around one of the
cross-beams.
The rack is built on Porsche Ski Rack mounts, and comes off
the car in two minutes.

Joe,
Thats design is way cool, and it save's you from having to lug a car-hauler to the track....that being said, I still laugh when I see it. So practical, but man, funny looking
